Store Beginnings

           Battle & Board opened in December, 2024 in North Raleigh. The purpose, to help grow the various TCG and collecting communities under one roof. Although other gaming stores can be found in Raleigh area,  Battle & Board fits neatly into a small void that previously lacked a place to play. Upon walking in, we hope that you feel and see the unique take on a TCG store. With couches, original Pokémon episodes, and good music, this place is meant to invite. You are meant to kick back and hangout for awhile, meeting new people and getting a glimpse of the next amazing collection that walks through the door.

           On any given night you can find several TCGs being championed in so many different ways. So far, this has resulted in people learning about new games and hobbies they never knew about and meeting people they never would have met otherwise. These combined groups have helped build a local hangout spot that feels more like spending the evening at a friend's house than a store pedaling product. Our small place is filled daily with laughs and amazing plays. Stop in to experience this growing community yourself.
